Where does a tool's data live?+

Each tool gets its own Postgres database with its own credentials. Isolation is enforced by the database itself — per-tool roles — not just by app code.

Can a tool read another team's data?+

No. A tool's database role can only see that tool's own schema. It cannot query another tool's tables, or Toolshed's.

Do my coworkers need accounts or seats?+

No. Tools sit behind your company's SSO. Anyone you allow opens the link already signed in — viewers are free, always.

What if the AI writes something it shouldn't?+

Every tool runs with least-privilege credentials, and its outbound requests only reach services you've approved by name. Anything else is refused and written to the audit log.

What does it cost?+

Builders pay a flat monthly price; viewers and tools are unlimited, so an answer being useful never turns into a billing event.
